Brain Droppings

I’ve often thought of starting a blog. I don’t know why. It’s not like I have any opinions worth reading, nor does anyone I know really want to know the random crap that excretes from my mind. Regardless, this now exists and I’m putting it out there for the world to consume.

So, what is this going to be about, you ask? Well, that’s a really good question. I know people with blogs that write about books, food, decorating, all sorts of things. Well, I don’t read much, I make delicious food by accident, and I couldn’t decorate my way out of a paper bag. What I can do is offer you, the reader, an inside look at how my brain processes pretty much anything.

“Brain Droppings”, as I remember it, was a book written by George Carlin in 1997. It was pretty much a collection of all his more vulgar and straight forward “comedy” routines. I put “comedy” in quotes because I never really thought George Carlin was a comedian. Yes, he was an extremely funny individual, but it wasn’t because of jokes. It was because his brain processed common sense in a way that should honestly be more common. If more people would process information the way he did, perhaps society wouldn’t be so incredibly constipated by their own stupidity.

Because George Carlin was such an influential human, I am naming this blog after his best selling book. Since I’m not looking to make money off of this, I hope that his estate doesn’t come looking for royalties.

In the near future, I hope that this becomes something that I can continue. I have a lot of things going on in my brain that I just need to get out. And you, the lucky public, get to read it. YAY, YOU!

‘Til next time.
